एक आप इंसान की सैलरी कितनी होनी चाहिए

नमस्कार सलाम मेरे दोस्तो कैसे है आप सभी आप सभी बहुत अच्छे हो और हमेशा ठीक रहे खुश रहे मै दुआ करता हूं आप सभी दोस्तो को दिल से दोस्तो आज के समय में इस वक्त अगर एक इंसान 8000 रुपए की नौकरी करता है तो वो अपना और अपने परिवार का खर्चा कैसे चला पाएगा आज की इस भाग दौड़ भरी भीड़ में आखिर वो इंसान क्या क्या करेगा 8000 रुपए की नौकरी में दोस्तो आज मुझे बहुत तकलीफ़ होती है हरियाणा के अंदर बहुत बड़ी बड़ी कंपनियां है जैसे हीरो और होंडा और भी अन्या कंपनियां है जो इन दोनों कंपियों के पार्ट बनाते है और ये सारी कंपनियां प्राइवेट लिमिटेड है और इन बड़ी बड़ी कंपनियों के अंडर में हजारों के संख्या में वर्कर काम करते है जिसमें कुछ कंपनी के तरफ से परमानेंट जॉब है और ज्यादा तर वर्कर ठेकेदार के अंडर में जॉब करते है दोस्तो इन बड़ी बड़ी कंपनियों को सोचना चाहिए जो परमानेंट है कंपनी के तरफ से वर्कर उन्हे 30000 हज़ार या फिर उन को 35000 हज़ार के लगभग सैलरी मिलती है जो कंपनी स्टाफ के तरफ से लगे है यानी जो परमानेंट है उन्हे जब इतनी सैलरी मिल सकती है तो फिर उन गरीब वर्करों को क्यू नहीं दे सकती ये बड़ी बड़ी जो कंपनियां है सिर्फ 8000 या फिर 9000 हज़ार बस इतना ही दे सकती है ये कंपनियां क्यू क्या वो सब काम नहीं करते मै दावे के साथ कहता हूं कम्पनी स्टाफ से ज्यादा काम करके देते है जो ठेकेदार के अंडर है  वो गरीब वर्कर कम से कम उन्हे भी तो उनका हक मिलना चाहिए आखिर वो भी तो मेहनत करते है खाली तो घूमते नहीं कम्पनी के अंदर वो भी बेचारे काम ही करते है अपने कंपनी के टाइम से सब काम करते है जो कम्पनी के वर्कर करते है तो फिर उन्हे इतना कम सैलरी क्यू मिलती है आज के समय में इतनी कम सैलरी में क्या होगा अपनी जरूरतें भी पूरी नहीं हो पाएगी उसके लिए भी तरसना पड़ेगा तो उन सारी कम्पनियों को एक फैसला लेना पड़ेगा उन गरीब मजदूरो के लिए जो दिन में कम्पनी के अंदर 12 12 घंटे मेहनत करते है रात दिन एक कर देते है अपने तरफ से कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ते फिर भी उनकी जरुरते पूरी नहीं हो पाती क्या उनका मन नहीं करता कुछ अच्छा खाने को कुछ नया पहनने को दिल सबका भगवान ने एक है जैसा ही दिया है मगर अफ़सोस की लोगो ने दिल में भेद भाव बना लिया है ये नहीं समझते खाली हाथ आए है और खाली हाथ ही जाना है एक दिन कुछ नहीं लेके जाएंगे उपर सब यही रह जाएगा मगर फिर भी समझने वाले   नहीं समझ पा रहे है क्यू की आज के टाईम में दिल सिर्फ नाम का ही रह गया है सच में दिल तो है ही नहीं दोस्तो दुआओ में याद रखना मै हमेशा आप सभी दोस्तो का शुक्र गुजार रहूंगा धन्यवाद दोस्तो
